Cultural Producer, Engagement Specialist and Arts Access Worker


Elizabeth is a passionate and experienced Cultural Producer, Engagement Specialist, and Arts Access Worker with over 12 years of hands-on experience working with a range of organisations, including NPOs, National galleries, SMEs, non-profits, and charities.  She works at the intersection between Contemporary Visual Arts and Performance with significant experience of community engagement, social practice and Arts festival production.

As a producer Elizabeth develops, fundraises and manages small to large scale projects and programmes. This often includes developing evaluation strategies and reports for funders or organisations.

She specialises in designing and managing programs that engage underrepresented, young, and typically excluded audiences, fostering inclusive cultural experiences.

As a skilled facilitator and mentor for Creative Access' Thrive Programme, she is dedicated to supporting underrepresented creative professionals in reaching their full potential. Elizabeth has hosted workshops and run training sessions. Supporting teams at Tate St Ives, Cornubian Arts and Science Trust, Contemporary Arts Membership Plymouth, Hayle Heritage Centre, Penlee House Gallery, Falmouth University and more.
